1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phh22 ("the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the phh22 website and all services available through it, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, bingo, and any other gaming products offered.

By accessing phh22, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phh22 platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on phh22. Opening multiple accounts is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. phh22 may request additional verification at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. phh22 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phh22 immediately through the support contact provided on the platform.

phh22 uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect your account. However, the security of your login credentials and the device you use to access the platform remains your personal responsibility.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on phh22 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phh22 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and currency conversion is not available on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. phh22 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on phh22.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated betting activity voided. phh22 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.

phh22 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits. You are responsible for checking any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are disbursed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your GCash wallet, Maya account, or nominated Philippine bank account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, phh22 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal account. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.

phh22 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of requests, and verification status of your account.

phh22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any such action will be communicated to the affected player as promptly as possible.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on phh22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. Sports betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game mechanics, and bingo rules are governed by the terms of each individual game or market.

phh22 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, or placed in circumstances that constitute abuse of the platform. Bets placed after an event has concluded or after a clearly visible technical fault will not be honoured.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and gaming products on phh22. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be adjusted at the platform's discretion without prior notice.

In-play betting markets on sports such as PBA basketball, football, boxing, and esports are subject to suspension and reopening at any time during a live event. phh22 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a market being temporarily suspended during play.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, phh22 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives to registered players. The availability, value, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements of any promotion are governed by the specific terms attached to that promotion at the time it is offered.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses and promotions on phh22 include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• phh22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per player at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players are encouraged to:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phh22 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account.

phh22 actively monitors all account activity for signs of fraudulent or prohibited behaviour. If any such activity is detected, phh22 reserves the right to void all associated bets, freeze account balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

phh22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their nominated withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited upon closure if wagering requirements have not been met.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting phh22 support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the player must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

11 Limitation of Liability

phh22 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access, phh22 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phh22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, network issues, or factors outside phh22's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the phh22 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits phh22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Changes to These Terms

phh22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phh22 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should stop using the phh22 platform and contact support to request account closure.
